Rasberry Chia Jam, Nuts & Soya Yogurt

This is one of my absolute favourite recipes. Plant based and high in protein which is heavenly for a girl like me 🙂
A handful of nuts, a tablespoon or two of chia jam (full of omega 3) and a dollop of soya yogurt.
