You will need the following :
1 cup frozen berries, I used cherries for this recipe
1/2 cup almonds
2 cups oat milk
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 scoops protein powder, I used vanilla protein powder (avail on the shop)
Combine the ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and serve.
Makes 2 servings.
