Egg Nog


This is our classic Christmas Tipple! Enjoy this with or without brandy and keep out the cold!


1 pint of Soya/Almond milk

3 free-range Eggs

1 oz unrefined or raw Castor Sugar

1 vanilla pod, split

10 fresh cherries, stones removed and halved – soaked in 3 fl oz brandy – if you like

Cocoa powder or Cinnamon for dusting

Place the milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla pod in a pot and slowly heat, stirring continuously until the mixture coats the back of a spoon, do not boil.

The mixture can either be chilled or served hot. To serve, divide the cherries between 4 glasses and pour the egg nog over, dust with cocoa powder or cinnamon and sip to your heart’s content!
