You can use kefir rather than yoghurt


Natural Yogurt with Nuts, Seeds & Honey

1 Portion

Natural live yoghurt or Kefir, a pinch of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, ¼ tsp of ground cinnamon and a dollop of honey or agave.



Easiest, most delicious breakfast in the world!


Method:

I use a small tub of total yoghurt, tip into a bowl, then add a selection of nuts and seeds, add the cinnamon and honey to taste.
